At the Airport

  rtGO Member Advantage

As an rtGO Member, you’re ensured a fast, reliable and consistent checkpoint experience at all participating Registered Traveler airports – just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Bypass normal lines
Upon your arrival at the designated rtGO lane, you will be able to speed past the normal security line and go to a plainly marked, designated Registered Traveler screening area. A highly trained attendant will verify your boarding pass and rtGO Card. Your photo ID is not needed.

Step 2: Verify your identity
Once in the rtGO lane, you’ll be directed to a biometric kiosk where you will insert your rtGO Card. The kiosk will read your card and prompt you to place a finger on the fingerprint reader and/or look into the iris reader. Your pre-registered biometrics will be read and personal data will be verified and authenticated. After your information is verified and your account is deemed in good standing, you will proceed through the rtGO lane.

Step 3: Move through security checkpoint
While moving at a much faster pace than normal security lines, you will proceed to the metal detectors and x-ray machines. Once your carry-on baggage has been inspected by TSA personnel, you’ll be on your way.

TSA regulations concerning prohibited items and metal detector alarm resolution apply to all Registered Traveler participant
