Who has access to my information and what security procedures are in
place?
When you enroll in the rtGO
Program, we collect biographic, biometric and payment information.
All certified Registered Traveler providers are required to meet the
security standards defined by TSA; therefore, a limited set of that
data will be securely transmitted to TSA for its security threat
assessment. TSA certification standards can be found on the
TSA Registered Traveler website. TSA, not Unisys, performs the
security threat assessment and makes decisions regarding acceptance
into the program. The rtGO Team encrypts all sensitive information
using standard cryptography algorithms. The rtGO Team does not share
personal or account information with any external entity without
consent of the rtGO participant, unless required by law. |

Can my rtGO Card be used by other members of
my family?
No. You are the only person
that may use your rtGO Card since your personal data and biometrics
are stored on it. This security feature helps the operators of the
solution to ensure the security benefits of the Registered Traveler
program. |

What happens if my rtGO Card is lost
or stolen?
Call the rtGO Program Helpdesk at 1-888-622-3924 or email us at
registered.traveler@unisys.com. |

Who is eligible for rtGO Membership?
Anyone who is a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident, is at
least 18 years of age, and has two valid forms of U.S.
government-issued identification can apply for membership. See the
list of acceptable
forms of identification.
Minors over the age of 12 are eligible to enroll as long as they
have the sponsorship of an enrolled parent or guardian. |
| |
 |
What payment methods can I use for enrollment
into the rtGO Program?
You can use your American
Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Alternate
arrangements are available for billing state agencies or corporate
accounts. |
| |
 |
How can I change my payment method on file
and/or billing address?
These and other changes can
be applied by visiting the "My
Account" section of the website and accessing your personal
account. |
| |
 |
Is my membership in the RTGO Program
automatically renewable?
Your membership in the rtGO
Program will automatically renew unless you elect not to continue. |
| |
 |
What happens when my membership expires?
If you do not renew your
membership, we will notify you of its expiration and will help you
to re-enroll in the rtGO Program, if you so desire. |
| |
 |
How are my fingerprints and iris image
biometrics used?
Prior to being stored in a
secure database, your fingerprints and iris images, captured during
the enrollment process, are converted to templates that will be
embedded on your personal rtGO Card. Rather than containing the
entire image, the templates only hold information about the points
of interest in the image so the original image cannot be re-created.
Your biometric data is securely stored and encrypted, and is
logically separated from any personal enrollment data, ensuring that
your biometric information remains private and anonymous.
The iris image capture process will work even if the participant
wears contacts. Glasses will need to be removed prior to the iris
image being taken. |
| |
 |
How many times do I need to submit my
biometrics?
A participant is required
to submit his/her biometrics on initial enrollment. TSA currently
requires a resubmission of biometrics every five years. |
| |
 |
Is Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)
technology utilized in the rtGO Card?
The Registered Traveler
program does not use RFID. Data on your rtGO Card can only be
accessed while the card is inserted into a Registered Traveler
kiosk. |
